Our products are all unique and are produced upon receipt of your order. For reasons of sustainability, we do not maintain any warehousing.

This requires a certain lead time with regard to production and delivery. 

We will process your order immediately and then confirm it by email.

Depending on the type of order, delivery is made via Hermes, DHL or with a carrier of our choice, the latter primarily refers to large-volume products such as furniture parts. The delivery takes place directly to the delivery address you have specified.

Our delivery and shipping prices are guidelines for large-volume products. You will find out the exact price for your delivery with your order. Only then is the order confirmed and production started.

We do not make deliveries to PO Boxes.

If possible, we avoid any kind of plastic with the delivery, this also applies to large-volume products. We ask you to dispose of the packaging properly.

Should it happen that a product reaches the recipient damaged, we ask that you first accept the product and then contact our customer service at: contact@hauss-interiors.com.

Shipping and Deliveries

If necessary, the shipment will be made with a carrier of our choice.

Delivery times sideboards approx. 30 days after receipt of order.

Delivery times Tables approx. 30 days after receipt of order.

All other items approx. 10 days after receipt of order.
